as I see alcohol is still very popular in Germany and on Czech/Slovakia/Austria parties. But if you want strictly psychedelic vibe without % you have to check Gaia Gathering in Lithuania (I have videos from this party on my channel as well). It's very spiritual festival with natural buildings, without drugs & alcohol with very good night music :)

Ya heard about it ... Will it be next year? Im having some money issues this year :( Im from Germany and have to say: They love Alcohol and they also love Speed/MDMA a lot, while im searching for a more psychedelic gathering feeling .... Alcohol/Speed brings always a more weird narcistic vibe to a party :(

I'm from Poland and it's even worse here (aspecially in terms of alcohol). And yes, Gaia is happening every 2 years. As I know they wanna bring Goa Gil & Psykovsky to the next edition. Will see ;)

no :) this is just my hobby, like DJing, promoting this music & organizing events here in Poland. Together with Mirror Me we have a label called Painted Chaos Project where we release this kind of experimental stuff :) and yes - it's quite hard to enjoy music on the festivals and at the same time recording it, but I think it's worth it :) cheers!

The people on the dancefloor look more interesting into BEER than this noise....

Schade das hitech immer mehr durch untanzbaren psycore ersetzt wird. Vom überlaufen der szene brauch ich gar nicht reden. Da kannst ja nicht mal mehr nen kiesel schwingen. Echt schade was draus geworden ist

I think it's called evolution, hitech is starting eating his own tail, 90% of it sounds the same. And I wouldn't call it strictly psycore, it's experimental psychedelic music ;)

I woud' not call it experimental music. I would call it music for braindead ketamine users. But thats just my opinion.

Das ist kein Psycore. Psycore zeichnet sich durch ein Hardcorelastiges Feeling aus mit distorteten Kicks, die hier nicht vorhanden sind. Das ist mega experimentell und vielschichtig in IDM-Manier, wie mans auch von Oroboro kennt und du nennst es "Braindead" obwohl die Produktion hörbar komplexer ist als das meiste, was man so im Hitech findet. "Untanzbar" ist eh das geilste. Ich höre psychedelische Musik nicht zum tanzen, sondern zum vibrieren/meditieren und das geht hier super. Wenn ich stumpf tanzen will und auf keine innere Reise gehen möchte, höre ich eher Techno :D Hitech ist mir einfach zu platt und oberflächlich, hier wird mir wenigstens ne Story erzählt ;) Hitech ist für mich auch mega anstrengend und monoton, während ich das hier hauptsächlich auch nüchtern höre :) Gerade Hitechparty fallen mMn durch ihren übermäßigen Drogenmissbrauch auf bei denen jeder Zweite nen MDMA-Gulasch hat und Alkohol zum guten Ton gehört ;)
