Thank you so much 😀 This cake is half kg Whipping cream and Amul fresh cream should be in room temperature or chilled doesn't matter, you can take any because at the end we are cooking it

It's very tasty you can either eat it or you can mix it in a whipped cream to make ice cream flavoured cake 😊

Will 50g of Bluebird whipping cream powder be enough for this gel cake? I havent tried Bluebird whipping cream. Is it good for cakes & do the peaks come?
