Let the man enjoy, he lived under strict regime for years. Have you ever tried slavonski kulen, cvarci or any pork meat meal from Slavonia? I'm sure if you did, you'd understand 😋 also, even with belly, Mirko seems to be in a great shape.

This is because the fundamentals only serve the purpose of helping you understand how to deliver power correctly. It's the same with pivoting your lead foot when throwing a lead hook. You're only being taught this to understand how to rotate your hips correctly. Once you learn how to do this correctly, the pivot can be thrown out the window. Just lifting your heel should be sufficient enough and allow for quicker combinations. Also, an advanced fighter must learn to throw strikes from any position. An advanced fighter can switch from a jab to a hook mid punch.

Completamemte diferente o que eu pensava .... É puro TKD ... ele não usa os chutes considerados mais fortes mas os que funcionam parecidos com socos e tapas , infelizmente eu estudei pouco TKD e esqueci os nomes mas é muito interessante ... Cro Cop meu Favorito da História !!!!

It’s not TDK in fact exact opposite. Unlike TDK which is VERY slow mirko trains for quick explosive kick. It’s about roaring hips then allowing leg to follow

He talks how you can't throw a sloppy kick and lose balance, have to be in position. Then he talked about the trajectory of the kick, how he always threw it to land kinda in horizontal path, not coming from downwards. Last thing is faking the straight left then head kick immediately after.
