'speak truth to power'.🤦 Did you HAVE to?? That's just the kind of phrase she would despise. As for 'across the spectrum?? I can tell you're a child with little real life experience and are happy to suck at the teat of the latest social media phrases thinking in your delusion that it makes you look intelligent and educated. IT DOESNT, and in fact quite the opposite and a bore, of which Miriam would wholeheartedly agree with as she is a Cambridge graduate in English.

I could listen to your stories, and your humor, great intellect and straight ahead comments about life, and the obscenity of world politics. You are such a gift to the many.

Miriam is so authentic and such a gift in this industry, her command of Dickens is unsurpassable.... and her inner child is delightfully naughty! I love her curiosity of life and people and her want to learn. At her heart, she seeks to connect and find the good... which is a credit to her.

do any actors not want to be noticed? maybe if youre a very good actor and your family is starivng or has cancer treatments youre paying for.. otherwise why would you do it?

Brilliant interview. One of the best i've seen her give. Her interview with the former LBC presenter Steve Allan, was very good too. Miriam is indeed a thought provoking character. An absolute treasure 💎 of inspiration delivered with such eloquence 😊

I enjoy Miriam in films, in interviews and as a guest on British talk shows. She's direct, funny, and self deprecating. I imagine there are more people who like her than who criticize her earthiness.

Delightful Miriam. She reminds me of my beloved Nanny at the same age. She is so self aware, confident, honest and down to earth. She is real. Hilarious and compassionate. Dear Mariam, don't fear death. Our time, when it comes, will be just the thing to go on to a new chapter! xo

What a Cracking Interview with Miriam, the best I’ve ever heard with her. She’s my favourite actress and I wish I could meet her someday. Miriam is a superb actress and I’m at a loss to understand why she has been passed over when the Honours are handed out, she should be a Dame, she deserves to be in that vaulted group of elite actresses.

I adore Miriam and I am a huge fan of her brilliant work. I believe she would make a very impressive Nanny Og if someone were to make a movie about one of Terry Pratchett's books that feature the witches. I think that part was written for her. Miriam Margoyles is the epitome of what I deem a true preffesional character actress. I love her personality to bits..my most favourite part of her is her realness..she is so down to earth and genuine that I believe I would feek totally comfortable in her presence.❤❤❤

Miriam Margolyes is one of my all-time favourite people. I’ve never heard her talk anything but perfectly frank wisdom and sense. I was fortunate enough to see her live Dickens show many years ago in Australia. The highlight was the time she spent after the show just chatting with the audience. The dubbed version of “Monkey” was a cult favourite in my childhood, so learning that she had been the voice of Tripitaka just cemented my admiration for her talent. She is a gift to humankind❣️ 🙏
