Why is my original song used at the end of this clip without my permission?

Hello. We made a mistake when we edited this video from the Swedish tv-show "Jills veranda". We didn´t mean to put your song on KZread. Do you want us to delete this clip?

You put my song on the episode. About 30 seconds of it. My name is in the credits. Doesn’t look like anything unintentional. What your team needs to do is contact me. I was never contacted so you used my music illegally without my permission.

SVT I’m an independent artist who doesn’t get many licenses. Trust me I would know if you had reached out to me since this type of license can be life changing for an artist financially. I haven’t heard a word from anyone On your team. You all need to do the right thing and resolve this. This is my music that I’ve worked hard for that cost a lot of money to create. And not so you can use it for free.

You will get paid for us using your song in the television program. In Sweden we have an agreement with STIM (a Swedish copyright organization) that pays out money to the songwriters when we use their songs in our programs.
