Boardslide Worldwide presents Miracle March at Mt. Baker.
As snowboarders we often refer to March as Miracle March due to its plentiful amounts of powder. The sun starts to show its face and the days become longer allowing us to take on some bigger missions on our split boards. This month we took full advantage of our backyard spending it at home smashing the resort on storm days and heading out into some new terrain we've been scoping on the sunny days. Enjoy our March Recap and go boarding!

Best BAKER video out, my riding buddies and I have been rippin BAKER since ‘85 and those were the days of sick powder days. BAKER wasn’t open during the week so every Friday we’d have several feet of fresh and all of it for us boarders (other then the Air Bears) because the skis were so narrow they couldn’t get floatation. Hiking the Arm is still some of the best turns I’ve ever made and the 55 yr old has had thousands of those. I love seeing the progression of powder riding from today’s BAKER’s locals, none of which would be possible without Duncan (Mt manager) allowing boarders from the early 80’s ride his mtn. Have some fond memories of riding BAKER that will go to my grave with me, but not yet still have thousands more first trax to make.

Went exploring baker the other day, found that chute off chair 6, kinda ducked behind that tree. it had a mandatory drop half way, snows a little low. They have some gnarly cliffs right above that to. Nice cliff hucks off the pan dome. !

Mt. Baker is the best place to snoboard in WA. We did Shuksan Arm twice in Feb 2021. The best ride I've ever had! Everyone check it out !
SIC! Miss My Baker pow. Local since 94, now is Costa Rica, and of course the 2 weeks I was back no new pow, but the BC was sic! Pura Vida y'all! Shred on.
