Sethi is giving facts. As an Indian, you have your version of events, but what Sethi said is spot on. This is common knowledge that Nawaz had visited India with open mind. But he was suddenly embarrassed in India with an adversarial staretemt. He wasn't prepared for it, and had to scramble his team to respond. And this was discussed a lot in Pakistani media. Modi is like this. He did the same with Trudeau. Tredau had met him in international conferences and was really friendly with him. He asked Modi, 'so when are you inviting me to india'. But Modi doesn't value anybody who is congenial. So when Trudeau visited, he snubbed him. Now we all know what India-Canada relations are like.
