For those who don't know the logo is not a copy of flash. It's a malayalam letter for 'Ma' which is the first letter of minnal and that's why it becomes the logo.

5:55 The Movie is set in Mid 90s Rural Kerala. So for someone from that period it was allmost impossible to have access to the super hero culture, unless you had relatives living in Metros or abroad.

@@risvichatterji7198 Director of the movie previously done two movies. Kunji ramayanam & Godha. Kunjiramayanam happening in a fictional village of 2000's Godha is in present days. He make references of other movie characters and places (also his short film) in between the movies. Some actors acted different roles in these movies (So it is not a complete universe). The characters just know the place/characters in other movie exists

@Kai The Great Nothing it's just how self absorbed you mallus are about you cinema. Comparing it to Hollywood😂. You only have concepts that are already made in Hollywood in the late 90's. Even in bollywood also. The storylines in bollywood movies such as badhai ho, tumbbad, mard ko dard nahi hota, shubh Mangal saavdhan(both 1 and 2), phobia, andhadhun, article 15, wanted, sardar udham singh, delhi belly, Jagga Jasoos, tamasha and hundreds of films that brought a whole new concepts and storylines and a new style of direction. But you guys obviously won't aknowledge the fact that even the superhero genre in india was brought by bollywood. 3 idiots changed people's lives. Indian cinema is represented by bollywood at world level and not by mollywood. But you guys obviously won't accept that because you just think your bollywood's is not producing good movies nowadays so it's finished. It's legacy is finished. But that's not true. Think about it.

The director is very good at showing the village life. His movie kunjiramayanam is the best example for that. That movie with a superhero element combined gives me goosebumps

I think its time when we should appreciate the technical elements of movie too. Film Score, Art Direction, Cinematography, Production and Costume design. These things really bring a vision of movie to reality.

That's not BATTERY on the logo. Its Letter "MA" in Malayalam.

For those saying it's a copy of Shazam, The main character here is Muruli who is a tailor who got powers from Lighting and then a kid told him about DC Superheros due to which he made that Shazam Suit

For anyone who doesn't know, Tovino got back into shape so that the costume fits him well, so the costume was real, not CGI! Director basil Joseph said that due to budget constraints, they've used as less VFX as they could and that the budget to make the entire movie was somewhere around how much it costs to film just one scene in DC and Marvel movies!

Minnal Coming! ⚡️

The power he has is "enhancement of all our basic things" He can hit better, hear better, better reflexes, better jumps, running better. So no flying and stuff.

It is not a battery in his logo, it is the Malayalam letter 'മ' (Ma), which can stand for MINNAL or MURALI. ⚡മ

Guys, to add few more things, this filim is directed by basil Joseph, who has done godha and kunjiramayanam. These movies happen in adjacent villages and their neighbouring village is where minnal murali happens, the director himself did his own multiverse here.

The 'violance ' lover Gandhi is the one everyone missing while reacting.. 😁😁

I like the fact that every super hero who decides to stitch his own costume can draw so well. You won't see any sketches or painting around the room but the sketch of the costume would be something like that came from the art department.

Guys like you say in the video, the music is by Shaan Rahman, but that is only the songs and other sounds. The main background score you guys were getting hyped for is composed by Sushin Shyam who is a very vibrant and young music composer in the malayalam film industry. He has composed music and has done music direction for so many famous and brilliant malayalam movies since 2014. Some of his composing and music direction were for movies like: Varathan, Kumbalangi Nights, Virus, Anjaam Pathiraa, Trance, Kappela, Malik and Kurup to name a few hits.

You guys didnt notice the super villian in this trailer even after pausing and rewatching it? 😁😬 since both of them have this super speed, possibly he might also have attained these powers by this same lightening at a different place.
