I've found putting the resin bottles in warm water for a couple of minutes first really helps to pour it easier

Yes we heat our resin as well pours really nice
Cleaning them is pretty easy. The pieces come apart and the black and white booklet helps you.
if you just look at the pink rapping and main image on the resin capsules then you can very easily tell which appliance you are going to get
