Simple...they don't know how to answer the exam questions on a given course. So fail each time must repeat. One course = RM1K from my PCB🥱

Never reach the bottom line workers including those aspiring to become crane operators, heavy machinery operators or support their commercial barge license, health & safety Officers, Safety supervisors, welders, and steel worker training. A comprehensive study needs to be done to support the aspiring candidates are financial supported during their industrial training program as the candidates needs to support their family when attending this training program.

It SHOULD HAVE BEEN! But knowing Sakaus all year round bottom up, I can only wonder if our RM100(+ ish) Monthly Tax Deductions (PotonganCukaiBulanan) from our salaries even went to those, or their pockets. Wasted efforts, we want our MTD back. No more deducting our salaries to see idiots failing their courses😂. Only now when YB Steven and the PAC made the audit, then only everyone is on their toes. Can imagine our salaries being deducted in this manner since the 80s.

YB Steven has been given till a time frame when he mention appointing an external auditor , i think the point is how do our national Audit department do their audit and any one explain it , as they audit other department who audit them

Thing is, people didn't siasat before. He needs time to break this syndicate of "lil napoleons failing their govt sponsored training courses", which has started since APA Nama started Petronas twin towers and has been going on ever since. So yes, isn't only politicians but you also see your salary deducted every month for our civil servants, just to see them fail their courses. So apa kau phm psl HRD sebenarnya?
