The orphanage took the loan to meet up some needs,is possible the bank has been telling them to pay back and unfortunately they couldn't so the bank had to take the orphanage in return for the loan,it was after yoongi and jk settled the money the bank was owning the orphanage that they eventually agree to buy the bank
