I am so excited to share this SIMPLE System with you!!! Let me know your thoughts and if you're going to give it a try and don't forget to do the tasks in order! so easy, i wish i did this months ago but glad i'm implementing it now :)
I love simple, practical planning and this looks like a great way to organise the task list. I’m looking forward to trying it out!

Haha I’m the same way!! And thank you for your kind words 😭😍 hopefully it helps others :)
This is the first time I am hearing something like this. It really works. Main thing is you can accomplish much more and you won't feel tired and won't feel the day is wasted. Superb! Your method is simply superb! Thanks for sharing! 🙂👌🙏
I think I'm going to modify your idea and turn the Eisenhower quadrants into your columns. Thank you for your video.
watching this video made it worth subscribing u definitely deserve more famee
I can use it to divide conservatory activities vs uni activities. Thank you for the idea ❤
This sounds like a really efficient way to get things done. I will give this a shot. Thanks for posting this helpful information.
This is much better than rewriting and making divisions also we save pages 👏🏼. In the beginning I was confused but at the end I saw your point. My BuJo now looked a little messy 😂. I will try your method and let you know if is convenient for me. Thanks.
I use something similar - modified the 4th column to meetings - and it works great! Plus it gives me a quick snapshot on how I used my time.
i like this system!! categorizing the tasks is pretty genius

I like the idea of the columns. I never would've thought of something like that. I would have made 4 new signifiers, which would've made journaling more complicated than it needs to be
I absolutely love this! Always a fan of simple yet effective stuff like this. Thank you

Let me know how it goes Gabs! And one thing that also helped me so much was not to put too many tasks for one day :)
Hmmm indeed that is a smart concept I'll try tomorrow, I can relate that when you accomplish any stuff it's easier to be motivated to tackle the difficult ones 😂😊 Thank you, Mindy :)

Let me know how it went!!!
I can see adapting this to work in a couple of ways. One would be columns for time/energy involved, and another way would be columns for what software/type of task (email, ERP, spreadsheets, etc.). Now that I think of it, you have sort of recreated/expanded the Eisenhower Matrix in another form.
I really liked this system, I will try it in my next monthly planning✨🌼

@@heyminn do you use a mic. I'm just starting to make vlogs and I only have my phone. Is it necessary to have a mic and idk if it's worth to invest in mic and if I have to which mic should I get.
