Miniature Fairy House Using Glass Bottle With Gnome On The Roof DIY Easy Craft Ideas
The fairy house builder was asked to build a simple but sturdy house by one fairy who thought that it is holiday season already. She wants to build a house with big chimney so when the gnome dropping by he can just slide down through the chimney.
The fairy is in hurry. This is a crash project. The builder understands that so she built the house with glass bottle, card board and cover the roof, wall and base with plaster. It dries hard in short time, not like air dry paper clay. But, the builder told the fairy that she must use air dry clay to make details and decoration like windows, door and mushrooms. The fairy agreed and the house done now :)
This simple fairy house glass bottle with mono pitch roof indeed attracts one little gnome. He climbed up to the roof and checked the chimney. He said, "uh...oh...the chimney is not big enough for me". Then, looked down the house checking on the door wondering if he can go in through the door.
Ha..ha..that 's my miniature house story today.
Alright, if you want to make this house with little gnome, you'll need:
- Glass bottle. I use dumpling sauce bottle.
- A piece of cardboard for the roof
- Aluminum foil to wrap the base of the bottle
- Hot glue and glue gun
- Acrylic paints: burnt umber, yellow ochre, sap green, cream, orange, brick red, scarlet, yellow
- Texture paste: I use brush to apply the watery texture paste on all surface. Leave it dry and then adding plaster of Paris to make clay paste. I spread the paste with spatula on the roof and wall to make wood and brick texture.

Идея понравилась, гном, изюминка в идеи. А вот сам дом не понравился, блеклый получился, нужно было добавить ярких красок, ввиде зелёной травы (не газон как у вас) и ярких цветов, получился бы весёлый домик😊. Ставлю 👍. Удачи😉

Hi I absolutely love your fairy homes, on this one, which is gorgeous, at the very end it shows it with a light in it, but you don't show how to light it up or what sort of lighting it is? please would you share that with us . Many thanks for your tutorials.xxx
