During a short circuit situation, the overload bimetallic strip circuit too is active which also will expand and open the circuit. So the question is why r there 2 circuits?

There are two circuits connected parallel to the phase. While short-circuit, the bi - metallic strip is not heated up because there is not enough current passed to the metal to heat it up,so that the bi-metallic strip could not bend towards the trip bar.Therefore, Each of the circuit reacts based upon the situations(short-circuit or overload)

Coil is not connected between phase &Nutral. It is in series. Pl do not release such confusing videos. 100 Rs you can buy one MCB. Break one &see inside. See other Viedeo. Mcb s are not operating as per your explanation. Do not give wrong videos.
