Bought my Mom a red KitchenAid mixer for Christmas 23 years ago. She was a serious baker and used it often, and she loved it! The mixer was used frequently and it still looks brand new! My Mom passed last year and I gave the mixer to my cousin who is also an avid baker and she’s enjoying it as well. Talk about longevity!

I live in the UK, and was lucky enough some years ago to find a nearly new Kitchenaid mixer for sale that was half the price of a new one. It was being sold by some Americans who were returning home and didn’t want to take such a weighty item with them! I use it at least once a week, and if it died, would have to buy another, so enjoy yours - lovely colour too
