I’m not a social drinker, I don’t have friends and I drink alone. I’m the kind that would clean, get in bed and drink or just chill. I started controlling it when I started having cravings during the week and I no longer want to get drunk because I hate not knowing what happened yesterday and I’m controlling the number of drinks I have and it wasn’t easy but with determination it’s possible. But I know I don’t want to completely quit 🙈.

I retrospectively learnt that my hormones were always unbalanced because I was under eating. I have always been a healthy eater and I would get break outs. Since the pandemic I eat “bad” (increases portions, pap, bread all the food that are not diet foods) and my skin is thriving ever since. Post winter I tried going on a diet and first thing to react was my skin. I also get insomnia if I under eat. somehow can’t get in enough calories when I eat “healthy”

The hair is giving!! Please don’t remove the bundle! After you’ve washed and treated it twice, I swear it’ll become less bulkier. I literally straighten mine one track at a time, maybe two tracks because 4 bundles is a bit much. It’s much flatter now, after two washes and treats.

I’ve been on oratane twice, and both times the acne came back stronger after a couple of months stopping. For fear that the oratane may mess with my liver should I take it again, the Dr has now placed me on tretinoin, it is like a topical cream of oratane. Maybe you might wanna consider the tretinoin to all the girlies struggling with acne. You can be on it for longer periods.
