He’s a genius! I’m saving this vid due to the fact of owning a Caravan that’s in the process of setting up for overnite’s & short trips. Awful small space but he made his very livable.

The bed and use of space is really impressive, he has created like an open space similar to a tiny home to be able to give space or an open feeling to an area that has little of it. He did pay attention to great details and simplicity on top of it.

Thank you so much for this video. I think overall that you can't beat the town and country/caravan with the stow and go seating because you can just remove the back seat and still build a decent camper without sacrificing passenger carrying for everyday use. His bed was very well made so this video is a great resource. Well done, thanks again.

T & C is a good MINI van for building out.Very reliable vehicle. Myself i have the 1998 Dodge 3500. 15 passenger that I converted. It has tons of room. Yeah it's older van 120k miles. But I have to have the room. Im a big man and I'm disabled due to back injury 30 yrs ago. I have to have room to stretch out and i use the passenger front seat for recliner. It has the seat that swivels all the way around. Wala a recliner. But seriously. Anyone wanting to get out here fast. A town an country is a great van.

I love your set up, and the laid back way you are taking it. Gave me some good ideas. Ever think of putting your front passenger seat on a swivel and having a table in front of you? You would have an extra recliner and another workstation when you want to chill looking at your camp. With your know how, you could easily make a screen to fit there also. Again just opened up a ton of ideas as I start to put a van in motion to travel. I drive Lyft on the side, but with a van set up Door Dash is a great option. Best of luck brotha stay positive and keep it rockN..

Reflectix isn't insulating. It has an r value of less than one, about the same as cardboard. The reason it's called reflectix is because it works like a moon blanket does where it reflects sunlight and heat. It can only do this when the shiny side is facing the outside and all it will do is reflect sunlight which is good in the summertime, but not very helpful in the winter time So if you want to make them useful at all what you can do is remake them so they're dark on one side to absorb heat and sunshine in the winter. And have the reflectix part on the other side so that the summer sun gets reflected away from your van windows, keeping things cooler. That way you can switch sides for summer and winter.
