Change your charger to a higher Amps then the machine will start spinning. Per my own experience.

sorry but i think i do not understand what you mean. my brain too slow to understand. what you mean with change charger. so the charger that comes with is is not good ? so i will buy this product and still have to change charger and how do i know what kind of charger. please help me

In the instruction (somewhere on the paper), it said the amper that the product run on is about 2Amp. So just find a plug and read the print on the plug where it said 'Amp --- 2A', then that plug will work. If it is a bit higher, it should still be fine (mine is still working under 2.4A).
