MINI SURVIVAL KIT! My "just in case" items.
A few items to keep as back up. This is by no means a complete survival kit but it covers the items in combination with my EDC to get me out of a pinch. Also it's possible I may need ove of the items in addition to my actual kit. I.E. poncho or emergency blanket.
This is the only one I have in a Tuff possum pouch but I'm looking into adding the pouch to my other loadouts mainly as protection from the bag being damaged and it's high visibility.

I have zip pouches like that one of them contains a Sol XL emergency mylar blanket.. a thin lightweight poncho.. and a thin Mill large trash bag folded up.. and 30 ft of number 95 paracord which is much thinner but plenty strong to make a tarp shelter.. to set up.. string a piece of cord between two trees.. little stones in the corners to tie the tarp and make wooden stakes ... Fill the trash bag with leaves and debris to make a bro's bed... And you have the poncho to keep you dry... If you have room at a second emergency blanket . To sleep in .. I always carry water purification tabs..2 KINDS ! . Aqua tabs in which the water is ready in a half an hour..(but does not kill cryptosporidium)... And KADADYNE .. which kills crypto and everything but takes 4 hours to work... A world pack water bag.. just in case I don't have a container with me...
Pretty sweet but in a pinch a AA battery package can keep you from freezing to death

And toilet paper, aaa battery packages, and everything one has in their pack that will catch fire 😂 ❤ That was a great trip braw, we need to do it again.

Good looking kit! I have one of those fishing kits mine has a bobber on it, I bet I have had that thing for 30 years, I got it when I was young and just kept it ever since. Great piece of kit!

Hey Kelso, When working out your kits and EDC items, do you try to follow any rules, as far as things to be prepared for or things most likely to happen? For instance, something like the 10 C’s?

Not really rules per say, but i try to keep all the bases covered the C's are a good formula to go by tho it covers everything.
