A word of advice for anyone that owns one of these. If the o-ring gets damaged that is on the piston assembly underneath the green cap, there is no replacement available. Don't buy the seal kit because it's not in there. You will be forced to buy the whole piston assembly. The price quoted to me by my dealer was $164.00. All for an o-ring that is probably only a couple of bucks at most.

When you place in the controller, shows that has kicked in but no water comes out. Or when even you command it from the solenoid switch, kicks in but water doesn't come out

We had an issue it kept rabbiting. Filter was clogged and we cleaned it. Then it kept low flowing flush no matter. Checked flow and no vacuum. All was good. Finally pulled base of command plunger and O Ring was off half way at the base. That’s what happens when you have too many hands looking at the pot.

Where is located the O ring?

My filter won't flush....the solenoid clicks but won't flush...it will flush manually by turning the valve above solenoid...km located in Georgia.

If I have only numbers registering in "Inlet" and "DP" BUT nothing coming from "Outlet"....as well as the system auto flushing after a out 1 minute AFTER doing a manual flush using the app?
