Mini Sculpin Game Changer - Rasmus Kristensson

Спорт

A Game Changer style sculpin for those who want a fun fly to tie, but an even funnier fly to fish. The erratic movement of micro sized Game Changer's can turn any salmonoid into an aggressive predator and strike as hard as a pike, so a slightly thicker tippet than usual is recommended when fishing with these. I mainly use them for fishing rivers after rainbows and trout, but they have proven to be effective on the coast as well. Give these a try, you won't be disappointed!

Very nice tie. I tie mine with both cactus chenille and soft hackle on each spine. Your method I think is a little faster and will try it next time. Thanks for this video.

Thank you! Yeah, this was meant to be a slightly faster and easier version of a micro changer. But they sure look great fully dressed with feathers.

Nice fly and tie. Have one question though. When you lined the shanks up in the beginning there were 6 shanks including the tail. But when you fast forward you end up with /count 7 shanks. So how many is it? 😊

Haha, yeah I noticed that too after a while. It's 6. 1 tail and 5 shanks. That's how it goes when there's one tyer and one editor :D /Rasmus
