The house plans sound great. On average, how long does it take to build it? I noticed on renovations channels how differently houses are built in the US compared to us in The Netherlands and most of Europe as well. We rarely build houses with a wood structure and mainly use concrete, which takes longer to build.

The couple of different companies we looked into ranged from 4-6 months to 10-12. Mostly it depends on lead times for materials and how busy the subcontractors are. The company we went with was on the quicker timeframe.
