yes the time. for most people it goes like this. you work to make ends meet and then you have not enough time to do anything like this as you can not even get the parts together to make it. then you are too old and can not do it anymore. so you go on youtube to find someone, only one, who had the time when they were of working age and who actually build one. That is one in a million. What has this world come to. Everyone should build one of these while they can or find a young one to teach.

It's a really good job. One interesting thing about building from scratch like this is that the precision is found more in the process, than in the accuracy of any single part. These parts are made specifically for this one machine. They don't have to fit in any other place in the universe. Notice how he made them in a progression and made them fit (with some clever forward thinking) rather than building a bunch of things and putting them all together at the end. With modern machines we're used to thinking in terms of modular, replaceable parts. Fab'ing machines like this doesn't require the precision that would be needed if we had to go buy a replacement part. I'm not saying there is no precision in his machine - it's absolutely well build and accurate, but that's not the same as truly identical parts. Very precise machine tools (lathes and mills, etc) can built the same way. You just can't take a part from another machine and bolt it in as a replacement.

Great Video! One thing you could do that would make using the bucket easier for digging would be to add about 5 teeth across the bottom front edge of the bucket. This will allow it to break up the ground before being scooped up.
@CrusaderSports250
The teeth would do that but they can be a bit of a double edged sword, a plain bucket will tend to ride over things, like pipes and cables, whereas teeth will dig and you discover them as you lift and they break!, also a toothless one can be used on hard or prepared surfaces with less marking. There is no right answer, you pay your money and take your chance as they say, time to make a second bucket I think, and possibly a set of pallet forks. A very smart build and the ball joint and bar has solved a problem with a possible project I am looking at, so good oh!.

Very nicely done sir. I really liked how you used the two tie rod ends as the pivot point for the steering. It was very good thinking. Just a couple of things that you might want to look into, they are, 1st. Lock up one of the differentials by welding up the spider gears this will make that one differential locked so both Wheels will turn together. This will greatly improve traction. 2nd. Add traction tire to the machine.. 3rd. Add a cutting edge to the bucket, it will save the bucket in the long term Your work was excellent. I liked your solution regarding the clutch as well as using old Lada parts and scrap steel to keep the price down. I look forward to your next video. Please, No music, talk to the camera like a friend was helping you but must explain why you do each thing. Automatic translation makes it so we can understand you........mostly. What a very clever design, extremely neat engineering and outstanding craftsmanship! Subscribed. The one thing I would do is to fabricate and install a high strength chain guard to protect the Operator from a broken drive chain being propelled into his legs, arms or face! I have seen motorcycle drive chains break at standstill and destroy the cast aluminium engine casings. A broken drive chain would cut into one's limbs or face, severing and shattering whatever they encountered.

I chopped some axles like that to extend them for a 4x4. The half shafts didn't like being welded and snapped pretty quick. I hope yours don't, but I suggest you measure these before they do.

yes the time. for most people it goes like this. you work to make ends meet and then you have not enough time to do anything like this as you can not even get the parts together to make it. then you are too old and can not do it anymore. so you go on youtube to find someone, only one, who had the time when they were of working age and who actually build one. That is one in a million. What has this world come to. Everyone should build one of these while they can or find a young one to teach.
So impressed with you build, great job especially the many things you repurposed to fit your need. Well done!

What great skills !!! A fantastic build with mostly used parts and outsides beside that, you`re a real mechanic man !!
I like how your front-end articulate loader has multiple angles of articulation versus others only have left and right and by video your doesn't have counter weights which doesn't appear that you need it even though you mounted engine more to one side it appears it doesn't effect it. You should be really proud of this machine .

Great Video! One thing you could do that would make using the bucket easier for digging would be to add about 5 teeth across the bottom front edge of the bucket. This will allow it to break up the ground before being scooped up.
@CrusaderSports250
This build was the best video of someone building a little master piece. You played out one of my fantasies thank you very much very rewarding
That's very cool. Definitely needs a different set of wheels, and some sort of control when tipping the bucket, apart from that it's awesome.👍👍

Love how you made it a pivot steering tractor. I hope you feel proud of your abilities. You are an amazing man with intelligence and talent out of this world.

Please understand, I am not saying you did anything wrong, my suggestions were to make your machine a little better, just a little better. Thanks, Bob Ordewald, Staunton Virginia USA

Great observation! That’s my biggest takeaway. That’s was truly amazing.
I love this! Weld two teeth on each side of the spider gear in the rear differential for positive traction so you can drive more into your scoop. Gear some cleated tires for the back and you will be good to go!

A broken drive chain would cut into one's limbs or face, severing and shattering whatever they encountered.

the rotations of the driveshaft are too small. Only if someone wants to insert a finger))
I chopped some axles like that to extend them for a 4x4. The half shafts didn't like being welded and snapped pretty quick. I hope yours don't, but I suggest you measure these before they do. If you want more traction, first consider tractor tyres, then welding up the differentials. Don't weld the crown gear!
Well done my friend. Looking forward to seeing you put off road tyres on when you find some. Brilliantly done!!!
This in my opinion, 'is a "WOW" build. Thanks Comrade for sharing your skills and this fine machine build.
