You know it’s a good long tone when it sound almost like a sign wave

I just started alto today and I was so excited but now it’s blurry and it’s going up and down. It’s like glitching AGH it’s like doing what the flute does when you play a really high note and it glitches but I’m only playing a b on the sax and my left thumb hurts ☹️

I absolutely hated these when I started but now it helps me so so much when I play Bari
