These lemon meringue rolls are my new favourite dessert! They are easy to make & very delicious! I love how easy this sweet treat comes together, because it requires very few ingredients and minimal effort. You need to make these right away!

Ingredients:
1 package of sweet Hawaiian rolls
2 tablespoons melted butter
3/4 cup lemon curd (I used one box lemon pie filling mix & followed the directions on the box)
2 large egg whites (at room temperature)
3 tablespoons sugar
