This was the funnest video I have watched in a LONG time! (yes, I know funnest isn't a word. lol) The mini HP is where I started back in 2017, and is still my heart. I love videos that show setups of planners, and different ideas of transformations like you did! So fun, and inspiring. I have done things like this so many times, and I love doing it! It is like a super fun craft. haha So, I have a ton of mini accessories I have saved from over the years. I never get rid of my stuff. lol And its funny in the past week I just ordered a mini HP cover from Paperbound Creations, and a new release mini HP from the HP website sale! I ordered the one that is the pop of color one. I don't remember its name. It is a dashboard, but it is full of color. I don't remember if the monthly calendar pages have color though. But as you were filming this video, I kept thinking you should go order that same planner I got just to get the gorgeous, colorful, fun cover, and dividers! You can always take the dividers from the new planner and adhere them onto the one you have that is neutral - like you did with your papers and cardstock, plus you would have the cover as well. This weekend, at through today (Sunday) HP is having a sale, plus and additional 30% off sale. And if you buy more than 60 dollars, it is free shipping! Just so you know. Anyway, I think how you transformed your planner is perfect!!! I am really glad you went with the pink discs! I hardly ever choose gold because I love color. lol And I always use the medium size on my mini planners. The mini discs are to small for a planner. They are fine for a notebook, but not a planner. I hope you film plan with me's in this planner. I really want to see how you use this planner. I really love your cover from Paperbound Creations! So pretty. I also want to use my mini as on the go, but they end up so big for my purses. So, in 2018 I switched to using a pocket travelers notebook, and then 2019 a pocket rings. I love that set up also. Much more portable for on the go. I take it everywhere. The rings you can set up like a disc bound, managing how much of what you want in there. Anyway, I loved your video. Have fun with your new planner!!!

Thanks so much!!! This comment brought me so much joy!! I’m glad you enjoy the mini HP and I’m super happy you liked my video. I looked up the planner you mentioned and…it is almost perfect!!! The calendar does have color on it already but the dividers are so cute! When I’m itching to change my planner again that will definitely be an option. I knew there were sales this weekend but I tried to resist 😂. I’ve never tried rings because I know I will get hooked and love it like I love discs and I will want to buy all the things. Thanks so much for watching. And yes, I will definitely do planner decoration videos in this planner 😊

Do you have the happy planner hole punch? When I had a planner I used it all the time! I would make my own dividers with cardstock that I liked, and sometimes I would even use cards that I received from friends and family! Either the cover of it since it was cute, or the encouraging message that they wrote inside. It allows you to be more creative with your journal and personalize it to the max! They’re on sale at Michael’s right now actually, just make sure you buy the write hole punch for the right ring size.

I do have the disc hole punch…the one by Happy Planner and the We R Memory Keepers individual one…they definitely came in handy. That’s such a good idea to use cards from friends and family as dividers!!!!
