That is amazing!
The "primary parent" experience isn't vital, but it is irreplacable. It's not just = more time. Also, at times kids can be pretty challanging, so if one parent can take some time off fully trusting the other parent, that's valuable. Especially the first two years or so is a very profound journey, if you ask me.
