My 14 year old dachshund still occasionally does zoomies around my kitchen and living room. So cute.

And notice how he plays at being a beast but never leaves the comfortable bed. Typical Dachshund. My Maggie fiercely guards the house while staying in a sunbeam on the back of the couch. Great dogs with great personalities

That’s dachshunds for you. They all do that. Not sure if other breeds also. Dachshunds is all I know and have grown up with. But they are the funniest cutest doggies with such personalities, naughty as hell, impossible to train (well, mine anyway…) but the best companions one can ask for

Sweet baby... ❤ I miss my pups' grumbles. Their soft little ears and tummies, even the corn chip smell their feet sometimes had.

Dixie zoomies are the cutes damn thing. Mine would race, then come back and swish his tail and whip his head around looking at me. Like a little dust mop on crack lol. Cracked me up every time. All the while he had this adorable smile on his face I can't explain. It was like he was showing off his skills or something. Bit when he went nuts he would always tickle my feet with his tail. Damn I miss that guy. Such a character.
