I had similar idea but it's body shoots out weapons like the iron giant.

This man speaks to my soul! I'm actually in my first campaign playing an eladrin rouge artifcer. The idea was a thief who makes gadgets to aid in his thieving, but now..... well due to the circumstances of our campaign refr is now more of an chaotic scientist who happens to enjoy picking pockets. I've even, through some lucky rolls, gotten this thick, red, semi sentient(maybe unsure so far), liquid that devours any organic bodies it touches making more of itself in the process. I've already got plans for grenades, arrows, delayed release capsules for putting into food, just soooooooo maaaaaaaannnyyy goodies 😈

I played a warforge once, we had a little lizard artificer in our group, he made me a ball turret on my shoulder and he would go into it and feed it ammo

as an artificer from a bullshit campaigne i litterally made a car out of swords and the inside is just the seats being the sheath's, so imagine being a random enemy bandit who just hears some eurobeat music coming from a distance and then suddenly get stabbed by a vehicle going very fast and made of several swords, if that's the most unexpected and funniest invention for an artificer i don't know what is!!! :D

@@HereticalFunHouse Maybe, Maybe not haha. He is just like this with his character. His name is Celatum. He made a War forged dragon robot he named El Jeula with the help of the Lich. Its personality is homicidal, suicidal, and obsessed with Making Toast to a insane degree. One time burning down a bakery for kicks. Literally he will chase bread screaming "Toast!!!" and the cherry on top is he hates his maker " Celatum ", and thinks he's a moron. El Jeula only knows a few words " Toast "is one and is more of a menace to the party then help. and this is just tuesday for Celatum. He's made a lot of other crazy things that range from helpful to down right insanely dangerous for everyone including himself. Go for it! Roll 20 is a great website for online games, or you local game shop should probably have a few IRL ones! Discord also has a ton of communities for it. Artificer is by far the most creative class too, if you can dream it and roll well, you can make it!
