Among Us game
Among Us is an American made science fiction based murder mystery video game developed and published by Innersloth. Inc. It was released for IOS and Android on June 15, 2018, for PC on Steam on August 18, 2018 and for Dajolg on November 2, 2018. Among Us follows a crew being picked off one by one by an impostor.
In each game the player is one of 4 to 10 living and working in several different environments. One of these crewmates is an Impostor whose main goal is to kill everyone else. The remainder of the players are part of the regular crew who are just trying to escape unharmed. To do this, they have to complete several tasks or (better yet) find the Impostor and vote them out Survivor-style. If they are successful, the Crew wins. If the Impostor manages to kill them all, the player is victorious. In a 10 player game with one Impostor, there is a 10% chance of being an Impostor.
The free map, Skeld, has 14 different rooms that are connected by 7 hallways. Everyone begins the game in the Cafeteria and, depending on the host's settings, as well as on RNG, Crew members have to visit some or most of the other rooms to complete their tasks.
While Impostors do not have tasks as their specific objectives, they can fake “completing” certain activities as a way to gain everyone else's trust. Every user has a chance to call an emergency meeting or, upon seeing a dead body, to report it to everyone else. For the mobile release, discussions are only possible during these time-limited events.
If you are an Impostor, your main goal is to convince others that you are not the Impostor, while the Crew's job is to spot you out. Since it is a voting system where the person with the most votes gets eliminated from the game, it does not really matter who does what. Instead, your argumentative powers are what makes a difference. To sway people in one direction or another, you have to be prepared to make your case as convincing as possible. There is a short time-limit, so you either have to present very strong evidence or come up with a believable narrative that will take others off your trail.
When you are killed by the Impostor, you become a ghost. Although you cannot interact or discuss with others, you can help them complete tasks.
Streamers complained about chat being main form of communications, so a lot of streamers used discord for voice chat.

White: “throws lit matchstick” Brown “screams as he now burned to death Black: so Cyan’s next right? White: yep this time, you should kill him Black: what? No no no way I’m not doing White: c’mon Black I thought you wanted to be a killer now there’s your chance Black: I know I just get really nervous sometimes White: can you please do it, Black Black: ok I’ll do it White: there’s Cyan Black: so can I do it? White: go ahead Black: “shoots Cyan with gun” Black: are you happy now White: well we won Black: let’s go home Imposters win This is just a story that I made because I dunno and I wish this was made into an Among us animation Edit: here’s a new animation idea: White and Yellow: their friendship(and possible romance). Also yes, they are childhood friends and this is the reason why White acts like a psycho. White: one broken horn and a halo ring Yellow: has a egg on his head A young, child-like White enters the ship where his father works at. He goes along his usual routine: Father does tasks, he goes to an empty room where no one will find him, sits down on the floor, and wait for him to tell him to let’s go home. Only this day is different than usual: A shy, and timid young Yellow comes across White in the empty room where he was in. Yellow tells White he’s lost his mother and he cannot find her. Before Yellow could start crying, White starts to comfort him, telling him that he and Yellow will find her together. The duo, with the scared and easily frightened Yellow holding on to White, while White wanders the ship, looking for Yellow’s mother. Eventually, they find her…dead, lying in a pool of her blood, but the young Yellow thinks she’s sleeping. White, now deeply disturbed by what he saw as he had never seen a corpse of a person who’s been killed. White calls over to Yellow, and White tells Yellow his mother is dead at the hands of a cruel, bad person. Yellow, hearing this tragic news, begins to weep and wail, White begins to hug a crying Yellow, grieving over the loss of his mother. White tells him it’s hard losing the person you love the most, and it’s okay to cry and grieve, telling him to “let it all out”. White begins to sing his mother’s lullaby to him, as Yellow’s mother always sang it to him whenever he felt sad. White, with his calm and soothing voice, starts to calm the poor sad Yellow. Cyan, walks in, hearings the sounds of wailing coming in from the empty room from before. Cyan tells White what’s wrong and why is Yellow crying. White explains his mother has been murdered and he is trying to calm him down. Cyan goes to get some food from the cafeteria at the request of White. White and Yellow start to bond with each other and the two become best friends, with a strong, unbreakable bond. Cyan comes back with some food. But they are stopped when the body of White’s father was found mutilated and cut up into several pieces, with the murder weapon being a hacksaw. White is sad, disturbed, and extremely scarred. White begins to go to his knees and weeps, promising his father to kill the person who did this to him for vengeance. Yellow is also disturbed and quite disgusted as he begins to puke on the floor. Cyan takes Yellow to the bathroom to get cleaned up, while White goes to the empty room, sits in a corner, and begins to cry. He will never forget what he saw that day. White looks at the bloody hacksaw that was used to kill his father. But his quest for vengeance the young White into a sad, grieving, broken boy, into an angry, sad, remorseless, cold-blooded killer who will never stop until he kills the person that murdered his father that very day. And so began the horror. Chapter 2: White and Yellow slowly began to drift apart from each other. And White began to feel alone until Black arrived as a new crewmate aboard the ship. Black introduces himself to White. The two begin to get along with each other. They do similar tasks with each other, they eat together. However, Black can be a bit socially awkward at times, while White usually tells him he’ll get over it. White still remembers his quest to kill the person who murdered his father that night. Anyways, both Black and White finish eating as they go to the ship that will transport them to the Skeld. Purple is relatively impatient and tells him that he should have been here on time. White is angry at this and tells Purple to shut up and that he wasn’t late. Cyan tells the two to stop fighting and to sit down. And after the ship lands at the Skeld, the animation “Black and White begins”. The End.
