Not a focus in this video, but note the trucks(car transporters). Behind the scenes, Britain was really starting to sort out its trucking and logistics. In this video we see the 4th Gen Leyland trucks with the new "ergomatic" cab
it's Longbridge. ALL Mini vans, estates, Pick ups, Riley and Wolesleys, as well as Mokes and Coopers and S's were made there. Only Mini Saloons were built at Cowley until 1969 when they changed to mark 3's.
This was the home of the Mini Cooper
Looks like they are getting ready for the Italian Job en masse!
