Loved this tutorial. Going to finally try it as a gift for Christmas. Here's my silly question. We just stick the photo on the photo mat right?

Glad you enjoyed it! That sounds like a wonderful Christmas gift, no questions are silly! You can stick the photo directly on top of your picture, mat, white card stock, the one that has the camera stamp on it :) I keep mine attached, because I like a white and black border but you can really customize any which way you would like!

Thank you for this wonderful tutorial! I do have a quick question tho. Ive been warned that if you essemble with only tape that its going to get loose over time. Does that realy happen? Cuz I would like to make and keep it for years and years😁

Indeed my pleasure! Everyone's experience is going to be different but for me using this namebrand tape I have never had a problem and I've been making these books for over 10 years ;) there are other ways to preserve books as much as possible with cleanliness techniques and storage strategies ;)

@@melissaverboom3542Yes! Hows it goin? Yes gravity can play big role in the construction of these books! When I store minis for example, I store in a clear plastic cellophane bag and store it upright on the spine so the gravity doesn't put pressure and wear or the pages in a normal upward position! Hope this helps!❤

So mine is not perfect, the 6 3/8, 6 5/8 is hard to find in my Fiskars. I used Simple Stories Homespun Collection. That way everything matches no matter what you choose. I’ll try to put pics in the group I applied for. If I can make this again, and do even better, then I’ll start either buying classes or join the monthly. Thank you for everything. You don’t know how much this means to me.
