It isn't 3 circles of life. They were not Minye and Sanjiu. They just experienced Minye and Sanjiu's life together. TanTaiJin was 500+ years old and he only lived through one life. CanJiuMin is still TanTaiJin in person. He just changed his name.

I love this drama series! The plot is rich and every episode is worth watching. The special effects are spectacular and the cast did a fantastic job. It is an awesome production... one of the very few drama series that are worth rewatching from beginning to end.

Ye Xiwu - before Li Susu took over the body - is a spoilt brat who will punish anyone when she doesn't get her way...like when she will even harm her elder sister because the man she likes does not like her back. So you misunderstood again. Just because Tantai Jin allows Ye Xiwu to hit her is because he is a prisoner and was still a weakling. When he finally knew he can absorb the powers of lesser demons, that's when he starts to plot his revenge. Gosh....do you even understand that drama at all? Or you didn't understand Mandarin?
