Great content! Thanks for posting. I feel the Manticore does well in Iron. Like any detector, once you learn the nuances, a person can become proficient with it. Appreciate what you do. Good luck out there!

I have a manticore since it first came out. I was one of the people complaining about how bad it was in iron especially square nails. It is a different machine since the update. I still dig square nails but almost always know it’s not a good target. Every once in a while I’ll get a good target next to nails that sounds horrible but I dig it anyway. Or sounds good and looks terrible on 2D screen. Multiple targets in same hole mess with 2D screen. I love the manticore but I haven’t used D2. I just don’t like the menu or sound of D2. I had a nox 800 before and manticore sounded like it. Thanks for the video

I honestly have similar results hunting in iron with the manticore. I dont feel im missing much if any compared to my deus 2. Great video.

I have had my manticore for awhile now X had the cyx3030 until someone popped the soft top on my jeep and walked away with it :( Anyways I made a program for all my land hunting with the beach deep mode and this works so well and deep it’s crazy , it goes so deep compared to any other setting or mode on it

Trick to big iron always lift your coil up high to see if you are getting it waste high.

The thing you dug up @ 4: 14 looks very much like an ox shoe.

😂 it’s cold here too. This hunt was from a few weeks ago. Got one coming next with Manticore and the M8 coil 👍
