The battery is replaced, but what guarantee do you have if it breaks down again in a year when it's out of warranty? I'm thinking into buying the new Garret Apex, but have concerns over these built-in batteries. Sooner or later the battery will decline and stop working like any battery. Then it will start costing serious money to get it replaced if possible.

Wees niet ongerust, de meeste Li-ion batterijen gaan heel lang mee, er zijn zat 10 jaar oude Deus-sen die nog gewoon de hele dag draaien. En de batterijen zijn op zich niet zo heel lastig te vervangen mocht dit een keer nodig zijn.

What happened with the Tesbox 2.0? I've just received a bulgarian analog detector, Deeptech Vista X, which resembles to my favorite Tesoro Tejon, I'm absolutely amazed by it's recovery speed, depth and reliability. Just giving you heads up :)) Good luck!

I sent it to the seller today! Thank you.

The internal battery was changed from seller. Detector is full working again. Thanks to Martin from www.detektor-import-shop.de

Hi. Würdest du weiterhin sagen dass der Equinox 800 einer der Besten ist? Ich überlege gerade umzusteigen habe den Teknetics T2 SE. Viele verschiedene hast du ja bis jetzt nicht getestet wie kannst du dann sowas behaupten?

Sorry to hear those issues. I almost bought this detector, but I am still undecided with Garret and Fisher.

@@laurencek.1580 Please buy the Equinox. Still the best detector out there! Garret AT is nice and solid, Fisher F75 in all metal mode is great. But nothing beats the Nox 800! Multi frequency is the max. Please have a look at my box test videos.

@@metalldetektortestbox2646 Thank you I will check out your videos. You know I used to have the older minelab explorer when they came out, but sold it year ago. Sounds like the engineers at Minelab worked most of the issues out and streamlined their detectors. If I do mostly desert nugget detecting. I really need that GPZ 7000. Does the 800 have the Multi-IQ and or is that with the Vanquish detectors?

Metalldetektor Testbox Danke für den Tipp. Dann bin ich erstmal beruhigt. Habe meinen beim Sondengaengershop gekauft. Er hat ja auch einen Kanal auf KZread. Im Zweifelsfall hat er bestimmt auch Mitleid mit mir XD.
