I remember playing pixel gun 3d back in the day, so I decided to check it out. At this point it feels more pay2win than 6 years ago. Everything on the game is only obtainable on by grinding which is really hard, unlike back then when you can get cosmetics and weapons for real instead of just fragments, also matchmaking is now worse than ever, instead of being teamed up against enemies with the same rank as yours, instead you get enemies that are emerald ranks which is really stupid.

It was fun and all until everybody stopped playing and the game reset my progress. The best gamemodes *Zombies* and *Prison Breakout* servers are basically empty nowadays.

My nostalgia for the game is boundless but recently it just became a pay to win you either become 45 and unlock the guns or you pay your soul for their Ea statue and also does anyone mess the days when you could actually play with people with equal or similar skill levels and not sweat worshippers who will play while sleeping

There's a discord server that preserves and shares older versions of Pixel Gun 3D to keep them alive.

Pixel city wars and Pixel gun 3D is awesome, I'd play them all the time back in the day because they were so fun, yeah there are way more higher quality games that are free but those 2 were fun and that's all that mattered

Sounds like you haven’t played it in awhile lol What I’m really trying to say though is that now it’s a ton more casual than it used to be. Most 3 cat spammers left so now you can play most modes without too much trouble. I’ve played f2w for a few years and have quite the loadout.

you remember the one map where everyone was like vegita or pewdiepie and you where like fighting in some sand temple or caste? man.. good times. Idk i hold the 4rd one close to my heart.

PG3D was like the first fps game i mastered. I remember spamming photon shotgun back when i was new and then slowly started to 3cs when i reached max and 1v1 with people at private match pool party. Too bad the game got ruined when battle pass and clan wars v2 was introduced.

I didn't play ripoffs. Bought MC on mobile, realized there weren't guns, bought java, and modded it. To this day I play modded mc with guns. Also love the use of CSGO music.

Pixel gun 3D. The nostalgia is real. I have an memory of being so scared of the forest map that i grinded other modes for hours on end, never touching the campaign again.

Pixelgun 3d is the best looking block shooter in my opinion the voxelized environments the textures they complement each other really well and it's nostalgic

I also love pixel gun. I used to play ai a lot, now its just occasional. I always thought of it as a very elaborate gun mod for minecraft.

I remember being absolutely goated at pixel gun 3d but then it became p2w and full of weird magic “guns”. Back in the day, it was much closer to being a modern warfare with some scifi aspects. Now its a… fanasy shooter??

i played pixelwarfer so much in shool back in the day.. im 19 now.. damn time flys. the 4rd one doesnt work anymore, but i loved it. i once actually went back before the servers went down and just demolished everyone with the stock pistol, using it as a sniper lmao. some actually rage quitted. Nice to see someone who caputred footage. I thought i was the only one who still remembered it.

I was there in the live discord call during pixel warfare! Good to see the video t3rr0r!

I played Pixel Combat Zombie Strike, and I loved it. I realized that melee weapons were OP, so I would just buy the best melee weapons, like the Katana, and one-shot every enemy. I stopped playing it cause I didn't fancy grinding the parts to finish the time machine.

i think pixel strike is one of the better ones in the list, it doesnt feel as p2w/unbalanced as pixel gun, so that gives it some plus points

The cost is faster gameplay however You die much quicker compared to pixel gun 3d You definitely don't have time to reload a lot in a fight And most of the guns are pretty much no skill(yes I'm talking to you forsaken AWP and marksman)

I'm glad people are mentioning Pixel Gun 3D. This game was really in my childhood, but let's face the facts that it has become pay to win. And eventually it forced me to leave the platform, heartbroken about it. For real I would go back and play that game, if and only if, it becomes a genuinely fun game without a pay to win mechanic

Really happy to see someone mention Pixel Warfare in 2022! Weird series where the third game had the player team models changed to Vegetta777 and Pewdiepie (only for this one), and the fourth game with reworked visuals and more gamemodes, then the next one with even a map editor. There's also Pixel Warfare: Pro on Steam, with more features than the browser games, but I think the servers have been shut down since long ago, still nice to see people playing the browser games, I suppose free games wins than... 1 dollar games. Yeah the white/brown map where you go above the ceiling, the blue long hallway map, the water ones or the ship one, or that grass one I think...? The Pixel Warfare theme goes hard.

I think that the GTA-Minecraft hybrid might also be ripping of TF2, as it seems in Online mode, there are areas that look very similar to the points you have to capture in TF2.

I used to absolutely love this game. You'd usually think it's just a bad Minecraft knock off (which I think that's what the creators initially tried to do) but the game somehow blew up and it kind of departed the whole "Minecraft knock off" thing. It's an amazing game. 10/10

I used to be on a match on Cops N Robbers where higher rank people on my team and with op guns aren't sweaty tryhards and just play the game normally with strategy and teamwork that allowed us to win, now it's just full of egotistical kids who care nothing but win every single match and make it impossible for the enemy team and the ally team to atleast get a kill
