theres weird black lines in the sky when i turn down anti aliasing low. i have to have it on high or they appear, which lags my pc.

I have the same components, try to disable every unnecessary setting in your radeon software and make minecraft work on minimal settings, maybe that will work. If it doesn't work install optifine and let's see what happen.
