It has a distance of slightly less than 5 blocks. What makes it different and difficult is the momentum and ceiling used to make it. If you try to randomly do it without usage of 45 strafes, you will not make it.

​a bit late, but we simply just use a perfect macro which will land the jump by the most amount, then check the player's coordinates on the tick that the player lands on the block to detrmine how much the jump is possible by.

finally a yt short about parkour jumps with actual research

still not true. The Duoquadragintuple 45-strafe jump is most likely the most precise and most difficult physically possible jump in the entire game. It is only possible by 0.0000000000000071 blocks or 9 protons. In Roblox we also have "Glitches" which are uses in Obbying to make Obbying more complicated. like the Wallhop, which allows Players to jump on walls as long as theres 2 separate Walls on it and you flick at the right time. We also have an "Neo" of our own, though we call them Wraparounds. You guys have a triple neo? we have the 12.6 studs wrap around. oh you have the Head to head neo? we have the 5.5 stud stickout wrap around. Not too mention roblox is much more free in terms of placing blocks, so Obbying can be much more complicated, by slanting objects or rotating it. while Minecraft is extremely stricted by its mechanics. like you cannot scale objects to adjust their size. like you literally have to use blocks like chest to add variations to your Block sizes in your parkours😭

i appreciate your appreciation, but it is very difficult to actually make good videos like this one when the subscriber rate is so low. all these copy and paste shorts youtubers that just do "minecraft but" videos, will get around 50k subscribers for a video that gets 1mil views. i get 1k, if that. its so upsetting when my videos are so obviously more quality, more researched, better edited, better in every way; but nobody cares unless i harrass them to subscribe every two seconds. i hate modern day youtube. i get punished for making quality videos

Assuming you're talking about the panewall momentum butterfly neo, which is not harder than the quad 45 strafe even though it's possible by slightly less. The panewall momentum butterfly neo is just one singular turn while the quad 45 strafe requires many more precise turns, making it harder.

Firstly, the specific quad 45 jump in this video is not a 5 block jump; it has a distance of 4.9375 blocks. Secondly, you, like most of this comment section are ignoring one of the most important factors in a jump's difficulty: the momentum given. A 5 block jump is not possible with this momentum.

Quad 45 is possible by .0006, but there is also Penta 45 which is possible by .0004, which is less, but the 2 hardest jumps imo are "1bm Head Bfly Neo" and "Penta 45 Strafe"

Penta 45 is the hardest verified jump No one has done 1bm head butterfly legit and no one will, it's a neo possible by 0.0001 with insane inputs and turning

i like how minecraft grants everyone unlimited creativity and they try to figure out how hard it is to jump a couple blocks

Although OneJump parkour (the type of parkour that focuses on the most difficult individual jumps) is usually considered the least useful and applicable gamemode in parkour, the point is to challenge the limits of what jumps are humanly possible. Landing the Quad 45 strafe is no easy task, often taking many hours and lots of dedication, which gets a lot of respect in the parkour community.
