The wrench actually has quite a potential! The only thing we need is the block's hitbox to move along with them once interacted with the wrench.

but that means that on a wall if you move the "texture" then the hitbox still exists weird constraint, mainly because I guess it's very hard to change hitbox

Programatically, I don't think that would work since chunk loading requires all blocks to have set x,y,z coordinates. And depending on how the mod was written, the game probably wouldn't be able to store the subset x,y,z shift and rotational shift persistently, so I'd bet all that work gets erased when the game resets or the chunk reloads.

@@69bruh Assuming that doesn't exceed the chunk storage cap, that gives you 1/10th positions, but what about the rotation? As far as I know, only entities use rotation, and it would have been a waste to leave it in for blocks. But then again, entities only need z rotate, and must have x and/or y for dinnerbone, so I guess it's possible that there's a lot of unused parameters taking up resources... is minecraft just a really crappily programmed game?

The fact that some of this stuff are actually pretty useful in building makes me want to get them in the game more

The wrench is actually really sick. The stuff you can do with it is really cool and opens up already of possibilities for builders

the fact that mojang says they won't add vertical slabs because "it limits creativity" is absolute baloney, it's hilarious

I think everyone would enjoy that wrench of only it had a " movement distance " control setting , so u can make a block move faster then just 1 pixel at a time .. maybe like setting it to a 5 so every 5 pixels the block moves and the setting onky applies to one wrench . so u could hold multiple in yiur inventory that all move the blocks at different amounts of pixels to be more efficient , and probobly have a setting to choose which way to move a block so u don't have try try and get weird angles to build it right u can stay where u are .

After years I’m still getting used to regular minecraft blocks… now this guy throws this cursed af wrench at me.

The wrench actually has some good building techniques- Though cursed, it's very good for building.

@@ac_credo8234 You can /kill them when the player is looking away, it helps with the lag a lot. You do need to /summon them back though

Ngl, the combining stairs and slabs with alternate types of stairs and slabs is actually a brilliant idea

The stone bits and wrench would be so overpowered together, imagine the things that would happen-

The wrench +regular mini blocks could change the game for armor stand builds. Might be a few kinks u'd have to work out though. But it would make minor armor stand mod builds possible to average player with half the learning curve.

u can also merge slabs by using the world boader, pistons, lever/button/pressureplate, redstone dust, and of couse, some slabs of your choice

The only thing I don’t like that much about this is the sideways fencing, as I use lots of fences to detail buildings-other than that, it’s all pretty good! Captured lots of common building issues in Minecraft.

It's literally pointless, you can already place fence on walls and if your pesky wall walking sheep hassle you with their abilities you can just put them in a cage they can't see through and weld the cage to the ground!

I haven't seen your channel before so honestly when this popped up, at the beginning I was like, "Oh sure, cool, it's another fine-detail deco mod like Chisels & Bits..." then by the end I was like "You broke Minecraft in ALL the best ways, YOU MAD GENIUS". The 'salb' reminds me of flipped surface normals in 3d modeling, which I feel like has amazing potential for creating the illusion of negative space in really tight builds, especially with the whole wrench nudging blocks into each other's space thing....

I think you should go over the stone mini rocks, and that is literally amazing for builds

Actually, the wrench has really good potential, like the door thing, if you want the door to be cooler for a screen, you can. I want that as a feature
