Yes, that's on purpose, That's what I call artificial blinking. It's to cover up undesirable things that happen such as entities phasing through walls and actors that were not supposed to show up on screen
Wait did cory survived from spring lock usually everybody die well in this fnaf universe i guess is possible to survive springlock in this universe i guess

Kory did not survive. You may want to look very closely after the death scene I also suggest listening to the video shortly after the credits are done.
