If you're talking about Minecraft Pocket Edition, no I dont think its possible to play on that version of Minecraft. For what I know The Palace Network is Minecraft PC Java 1.8 to 1.15 last time I checked

Live shows usually come on at 4:00pm EST however firework shows come on at 11:00am EST, 4:00pm EST, and 9:00pm EST.
