Base idea: place cobble stone over a river, like in a parkour fashion, and hide the base under one of the cobble blocks. Pretty much hidden in plain sight.

I’ve noticed they started giving out observer blocks, I thought about popping one behind the beacon as soon as someone tries to mine the beacon it changes its state, connect a redstone circuit to a lava trap and it could save the beacon anyone who comes up as dying to lava you run back to base

My base idea would be to make an underground base that is entirely closed off. So if u want to get out u need to stack. Then u just remember the coordirnates and bam! u have an impenatrable base. It should be deep so if anyone digs on the surface they will be like, "well i guess no ones here" and then move on

You should make a base in the ground as a “decoy base”, and then like 3-5 blocks down do your real base with your beacon. That way when they find your decoy base they think you are already knocked out but in reality your real bases is below.

@@PrDSFAGD if he leaves the decoy base open to the surface then the second base under the decoy base is a good idea and it follows the rules because its the same with a cave base, if the cave is open to the surface ur allowed to make it at the bottom of the cave in the wall.

BASE IDEA... place signs below a lava pit and put a water pool underneath. this has to be next to something tall so that you can jump off into the lava pool with enough momentum to fall through and instantly hit water.

Don’t know how this could help for a base but there is a cool Minecraft mechanic where you can make stairs look like whole blocks while attached to sticky pistons. This happens when the sticky pistons aren’t extended. However, when extended they become stairs, making it ideal to climb a cliff and enter a base hidden on the side.

I have a few ideas of how to decrease the likelihood of your base being found, the first is to place it in A dark area, this both prevents other players from noticing the base, but if the dark patch is large enough than it would spawn tons of monsters to deter enemies. Second piece of advice, make your base inconvenient to search for, places underwater, really far underground, high up on hills, or extremely cluttered areas such as coral reefs are all great because they make searching generally a slower and thus not worth checking these kinds of spots Three: use biomes to your advantage, biomes such as flower forests, jungles, coral reefs, and various others tend to have lots of large trees and plants covering the ground and making searching through them without a flint and steel generally more undesirable. Four: build under and around generated structures as most people tend to leave most structures intact, of course you must be sneaky about this; however, most generated structures are mostly left alone during these hide or hunts.

Ok so here’s the deal. I just got the best base idea known to man. First create a very basic base in the side of a hill or mountain. No where too high, just at sea level. DO NOT PLACE BEACON IN THIS BASE. Next make a fall trap with piston and button. Simple 1x2 at the entrance. Don’t hide the trigger, make it obvious. Now here’s the catch. Raid the base. Dig into the mountain you are hidden at at make it look raided. Your real base will actually be hidden at the bottom of the fall trap, making NO ONE ever find it

I remembered there was a hide or hunt so I went to my recommended and it was there and then I went to the comments and I was like wow I didn’t realize I just happened to check 5 minutes after upload

BASE IDEA: use a 1 wide base concept and slap it on the edge of the map in a section that's maybe 2 blocks wide. no one searches in blocks that thin

nether fortress, the pillar to the ground, would make an awsome base!

Build one in the crops under the water in a village, maybe that could be good?

This has become my favorite weekly series on youtube! I love it! I was actually trying to make something as similar a I could in Bedrock edition with friends, but I'm still trying to figure out all the details
