Here are it's assets: 1 village in view of spawn 2: jungle in view of spawn 3: In the jungle there is a ravine with a mineshaft in it 4:There is ANOTHER ravine with a mineshaft in it less than 100 blocks away 5: The village is in a plains biome so there is lots of space to build 6: There is a desert in view of spawn 7: There is an ocean near by
