I can tell you what I did. As we have 20 villagers in Iron farm. I used them for trading. 2 armorer for diamond armor, 2 tool smiths for diamond tools, 1 weapon master for diamond weapons, 2 farmers to sell crops and to buy golden carrots, 1 shepherd whom I can sell wool for emeralds and finally 12 librarians. There are usually a few books that you really want to get from Librarians. 1. Mending 2. Unbreaking 3 3. Efficiency 5 4. Fortune 3 5. Silk touch(mine block as they appear) 6.Sharpness 5 7. Protection 4 8. Feather falling 4(most important) Bow enchants: 1.Infinity or Mending (infinity most preferred) 2.Flame 3. Power 5 4. Punch 2 5. Unbreaking 3 Other enchants: (These aren't necessary but you can go for them) 1.Respiration 3 ( swim longer in water) 2.Depth strider ( can swim faster but it's not much of a use after you get an elytra) 3. Smite( against undead mobs) 4. Impaling 5 ( very useful in trident killers, trident can kill mobs faster if you there is water in trident kill chamber.

I tried it in a creative world and it worked but when i tried it in a realm it didn’t.

place grass block outside the cage or connect dirt block with grass block near you

How do you get this to actually work without command blocks? As of 1.20, when a sheep eats grass to grow wool, there is no block update, the grass block doesn't become a dirt block, so the dispenser doesn't activate.

if gamerule mobGriefing is set to false, the grass block is not update, you need to set it true if you want that farm works

Not effective because sheep only grow wool when they eat grass and the other sheep would have to wait until the grass regrows after one sheep ate it. Just build multiple cells next to each other

@@HxrtLxre I found it out you need to turn on the setting that allows mobs to destroy blocks. The setting that allows creepers to explode blocks and endermen to move them.
