For the Mending book, you should just break the lecturn, this refreshes the villager's trade, eventually you have a chance of getting one of the books to be a mending book. You could also trade with the villager to level him up and unlock more trades, one of which could be the Mending book. But I honestly recommend just breaking the lecturn until you get it.

Believe it or not, fishing is actually a very good way of getting a mending book along with other enchanted books. It may be time consuming, but after a while your fishing rod can be upgraded and you’ll get all kinds of high level enchanted books.
