The automatic door won't work, the redstone dust underneath will cause infinite powering, neither would the pool, observers turn on and then off with a short redstone pulse that can't be affected by a lever, the third one works but a large dent in the ground isn't very secretive

Just use bone meal to hide it with grass. It will somewhat hide it.

Take a bush and surround it as just joking that will do you nothing maybe try a pressure plate but if the player sees it they will step on it wait no cover that with bushes!!
