2:10 they aren’t “transparent”, there hit box are only 1 pixel smaller so the hopper can get (you can test it just by walking on him and on a normal block).

Another hack Dispensers can shoot projectiles and target blocks give out a redstone signal when a projectile hits them so its basically wireless redstone.

I initially thought this video was going to be just tricks for absolute beginners. But yup I was totally wrong. There are some seriously useful stuff in there. Specially that one tick pulse torch
I'm a little confused on the pulse extender. From what I can tell the initial pulse powering it has to be somewhat long for it to be somewhat useful. Shorter pulses are only doubled in length, as once the initial pulse is over, the hopper starts funneling back into the one under the torch because its not locked anymore. Basically, when I tried to build it the hopper doesn't have enough time to move a sufficient amount of items to the one connected to the comparator.
The problem for your hopper design is that you need to send it a pulse that is as long as the pulse you want to extend for it to work.

You could hook it up to a T-Flip Flop

You could pull the signal from the output to keep the clock powered to alleviate this, but you will still need to keep it unpowered to give it time to "recharge". Would be slightly larger than before, but still smaller than other pulse extenders. Might be good on a timed circuit with lots of downtime, like a daylight sensor or a 5-min item despawn timer.
Wow! I learned a lot of things in just 6 mintues! Great video!
Hi Crafty, you're great, really improved my redstone game thanks to you! All of my friends are awed by memory module based combination lock :D Maybe you would consider doing some kind of Mumbo-style showcase of your favourite redstone circuits, that were game-changing for your constructions or just are often used by you because of their compactness or unique mechanic? I feel like you do this great combination of advanced redstone with easy to understand and follow tutorial style videos explaining not only how to buid something but also to understand how it works. Keep up the good job! :D
Also one tip I use with noteblocks is hitting them with a sword while I’m in creative. That way I can check which note I currently have without changing it. Test it on Java for me and see if it works for you @anybody! It worked for me on bedrock

FINALLY someone who mentions that you can click left- and rightclick at the same time so you can replace blocs in the air. I think that works since 1.14
Very helpful redstone hacks and this video was very fun to watch and very well made
that was awesome
crafty the god himself has blessed us with an upload
two observers into a redstone torch is the one I needed. the number of time I had to slow a redstone contraption down because of that is actually ridiculous
Amazing Editing man
pulse extender from number 1 isn't that good it also requires T-flip-flop. Also I knew all of them except 2. Cool vid very good tips
yeeeeeessss some actually useful tips instead of super obvious or super niche stuff. that pulse extender is slick, however it looks like it would only work for pulses at least half the length the extender outputs, the comparator one works with almost any length.
I literally knew all of these but it actually seems good for new players! Nice vid
Will be sure to use these, thanks for the wisdom
the pace and humor of this video was unreal, keep it up
The cobblestone wall and comparator filter trick were the most useful for my build
Dude this video was awesome and funny ;D!!!

Number 15: Burger king foot lettuce. The last thing you'd want in your Burger King burger is someone's foot fungus. But as it turns out, that might be what you get. A 4channer uploaded a photo anonymously to the site showcasing his feet in a plastic bin of lettuce. With the statement: "This is the lettuce you eat at Burger King." Admittedly, he had shoes on. But that's even worse.

2:18 Solid but porous
You forgot repeater locking.
But composters have a chance to just... not do anything?
It's not the transparent property that makes soulsand let hoppers suck items lol. Glass is a counter example. Hitbox is what plays the role here
Youth snow blocks to break Nether Portals instead of water. Snow blocks can be dispensed just like water but unlike water snow blocks won't mess up your redstone.
CWAFTY UPLOAD WEEEEEE!
Jokes on you I already do all of them, except for the last one that is cringe.

Ofcourse. Now teach us how to make piston doors that open in 0 ticks.
I already knew all of them XD
2:21 or you can just use vanilla tweaks
Call soul sand a non-mojangal block, being both a solid and transparent block
4:14 I know it’s A because it renders p smooth
The pulse extender doesn't work for 2 redstone ticks input like a observer to a repeater that is on 2 ticks delay it doesn't work but mumbo jumbo pulse extender does though it was kinda big
I appreciate trying to keep the video length short but you spoke (and were cut off) way too fast to hear anything as even remotely comprehensible.
Isn't the hopper pulse extender potentially unreliable? It doesn't instantly reset. So really, it has other use cases than the repeater based one.
@CraftyMasterman

its not unreliable it just has a cooldown

@@CraftyMasterman The hopper pulse extender as shown is useless except in certain scenarios. It will only double the pulse length, no matter how many items you throw into the hopper, I assume that's why you used a lever to demonstrate that and kept the lever flicked on? explanation: Let's call the hopper on the left A and the hopper on the right (with the redstone torch and input and comparator)B 1. Initially A is locked by the redstone and B is unlocked. All the items are trapped in hopper A 2. You apply the input to B (be it lever, observer, button etc). It turns off the redstone torch unlocking A, but at the same time locking B (since the block above B is powered by the input). the comparator reads from B giving the output. 3. Let's say that your input was X ticks For X ticks, A was unlocked B was locked, items flowed from A to B. After X, the redstone torch turns back on, A becomes locked and B unlocks, items flow back from B to A. 4. How long is the output pulse? The output is as long as there are items in B. So when there is an input of X ticks, items start flowing from A to B, you start getting the output pulse. Input stays on for X ticks, some amount items flow from A to B. input turns off. The same amount of items flow back from B to A, taking X ticks again. You get an output as long as the items are flowing from A to B, plus how long the items flow back from B to A. So X+X=2X . 5. Input pulse length X, output pulse length is 2X 6. Sucks if your input is short, output length will only be marginally better. I watched your Mumbo rant and I agree with you there. Here you taking a dig at Mumbo, is not just salty, it doesn't help that your redstone is wrong. LOL
2:18 its semitransparent like tinted plastic
But CraftyMasterman, we love your video.
The first Was the best in my opinion
