    I was having trouble finding a good guided meditation because I am very sensitive to voices, and some of the people on here just sound too creepy to allow me to relax. This guy's voice was perfect. So gentle and warm and peaceful. This may have to be my guided meditation channel.

    Senamin Roll I have some kind of central sensitization, so am sensitive to voices, too. Sometimes all it takes is a hard S or T to give me a brain and spinal cord zap. I wish more guided meditation speakers were aware of the issue. Have you listened to Micheal Sealey?

    This is one of the best meditations I've heard. First, it's great that the music isn't so much louder than the voice that I struggle to hear what's being said. Aside from that, it all worked together perfectly. I was actually nauseated from the stress, and now it's gone. This is lovely!

    This is the most calming, focusing meditation I have heard ( and I have heard many). For the first time I have been able to come away easily from all those interrupting thoughts and centre myself back on the breath. I will be using this mediation daily from now on. Thank you.

    I was legitimately having an anxiety/panic attack when I clicked on this. 9 minutes later I honestly feel so much better. Kept deep breathing throughout, breathing in for 7, holding for a few seconds and releasing for 10/11. Thank you so much for this video

    This was me yesterday and today! I had a panic attack and at night used this and it helped me fall asleep eventually. Also today I've gone out for lunch and felt my heart begin to beat again and listened to this in the car and I'm so relaxed atm .

    The breath is a powerful tool. Its helped me time and time again to get through situations that would otherwise cause me to flee and avoid situations that caused negative emotions. Now it helps me sit through it.

    your guided meditation broke up my fused, panicked mind. you basically kicked it's butt! (and it has a big butt). now I can attend my best friends rehearsal dinner in a few hours. it's been 4 hours of panic until now and my psychologist told me to meditate. I found you and your words found me. I can't tell you how much this blessed me. thank you

    now i feel so much more less stressed. On a scale of 1-10 i was at 7 or 8. sense I"m still in grade school a lot of you might think it is wired that a 3rd grader watches a video about helping with stress but a lot is going on right now for me the SOL's are starting soon and I'm freaking out I shouldn't even freak out because ,i have practiced a lot with the SOL. I don't even know if people will read my comment .I'm glad my consular showed me and my class this video.

    Sofia Pellegrino, meditation can help you and your children. Ask for permission to do quiet time in your class. Watch quiet time in schools, lots of stuff on youtube. Most are specifically on Transcendental meditation, but you can do it with mindfulness meditation. Once the kids get used to it, you will see the transformation in your children and you. It is incredible. Teachers have one of the most stressful jobs. However, this can help it become what it also is, one of the most important, rewarding and beautiful ways to contribute to a better humanity.

    even though you may not have as many things to be stressful about as older people, your should still feel valid about feeling stressed. i hope you manage to deal with your stress so you can just enjoy being a kid :)

    I started meditating years ago. Just never stayed dedicated to it. But I do consider myself more adept then beginners when it comes to breathing techniques and mindfulness. But recently I had a really bad panic attack. This video has been my saving grace though. I have never liked guided meditation but I felt I needed it to get past the trauma. The anxiety was horrible but this helped me relax and get a piece of myself back. God bless the creator(s) of this video. This is something special. I just had to say thanks even if through just a comment. It was only right.

    I am using this to tool to address the anxiety created by my tinnitus at bedtime. The high pitched noise gets really loud when my brain tries to shut down for sleep. I will update as I progress.

    This is such a well executed meditation. The background music, script, pace, voice- everything. No fancy stuff and very gentle. Really helps focus and relax. A longer version in the same mould would be great!

    I have struggled for so many years with generalized anxiety and panic disorder. I always find these mindfulness and meditation exercises to be extremely helpful. I find that if I can cut out all of the daily distractions and truly focus, I can find a peaceful state of mind. Thank you for this video and helping provide a little relief from the daily battle.

    Ahhhh! This was the most relieving! I felt my legs and my third eye vibrating as long i was focused and connected with my body. Thank you! The relief I have is amazing I did not expect this to be so beneficial! The amount of anxiety and stress i have especially over these past few weeks has been sooo overwhelming and this has healed and released so much that i needed to.

I had a few anxiety and panic attacks today and this evening I have calmed down by reading a book and listening to music and now watching this video has just put me in a great state of mind ! I will repeat this a few times tonight before i sleep as it has calmed my breathing down a lot ! Thank you once again you are so appreciated!

    Fantastic. I've never really been into meditation before, but after this session, my well-being was put into an incredibly peaceful state. I've been battling inner demons this last year, often overthinking and overanalysing things, which led me to being extremely depressed at times, but this was incredible. Thank you.

    Really enjoyed this meditation video; simple , but lets you connect with the moment, with your breath and your body. And as it only lasts for about 9 minutes, it's a great meditation for when you don't have more time but feel the need to connect with yourself and the present instant. Will definitely come back to it, thank you!

    Thanks for this great guided meditation for anxiety! I'm sharing with the moms I coach who have kids with eating disorders. They are living with such fear and fight anxious thoughts every day.
