Mindful Nature Journaling for Connection and Self-Care
This is a workshop originally presented at International Nature Journaling Week 2021. I share the story of how I came to nature journaling and how it helped me regain my physical and mental health during a very low period in my life. We also do some mindful nature journaling together using a sensory countdown, connecting with nature moment-by-moment and tuning into what's around us.
