Sir class ke Atmosphere ki tulna aap ek mandir se karo jaha dil to sab ka karta hai Sharat karne ka, kahi bhi ghoomne ka, par sab Discipline mein rahte hain and comfortable bhi Zyada sharati students ko ek do baar class se bahar nikal do to baaki apne aap set ho jaate hain

Maintaining silence is another thing and the way of exchange of ideas through communication in between teacher and students is another concern. I totally disagree with you. You should clarify by saying, teacher must concern every aspects by reading student's psychology their posture and gesture. Thereafter, teacher should take such steps forward to find out the issues and sort out them through the mutual exchange of ideas. And more things are there to read out within the class room. Silence doesn't mean, teacher is implementing dictatorship. Yes! It's important there, if the time comes to interact right after the explanation or in the mid of the lecture made by the teacher, must be given an opportunity to the students to confirm whether the students are getting or not. Besides, should be checked the condition as well or what actually the atmosphere is there in the class room. Before taking the workshop, you must once read out the situation. You, here blaming directly to the teacher, while you're rather doing same thing to dominate your position. You once go in the class room and do the same thing.

As a teacher I completely agree ..with this ..I didn’t like the concept in the video..teaching today’s generation is very tough ..one of the laziest and Internet stuck ..always looking for shortcuts and being rude to teachers is a peer fashion..too..and I teach at the college level..after doing PhD and paper publications and all these students only ..see a KZread video and share half bogus informations ..being affirming is needed
